ADMINISTRATOR
Dayli Taillacq is a dedicated administrator with experience in the healthcare field. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Health Biology from Nova Southeastern University. She also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has 5 years of experience in administration in a health center. She has a deep understanding of state and federal business regulations and the importance of clear communication with both staff and parents. She has a deep concern for the well-being of children with medically complex needs.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Barbara Rumberger is a board-certified pediatrician with over 50 years of experience. She earned her MD from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1972 and completed her pediatric residency at Emory University. Licensed in six states, she has led a distinguished career, including private practice, medical directorships, and hospital leadership roles. Her extensive work history includes serving as Medical Director for the Collier County Child Protection Team for over three decades and providing pediatric emergency care for 21 years. Dr. Rumberger is also deeply committed to global health, participating in 28 medical missions since 2017 and supporting adoption missions.
DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON)
Belkys Rivas, RN, is a licensed nurse in Florida with over 28 years of medical experience, including more than 10 years focused on pediatric nursing and care for medically fragile children. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has worked across multiple settings, including pediatric care, critical care, emergency, maternity, mental health, and medical-surgical units. Her pediatric nursing experience includes skilled care for children with G-tube and PEG tube feeding, colostomies, wound care, ventilator support, and complex medical conditions. She performs patient assessments, monitors vital signs, administers medications, manages enteral feedings, assists with mobility and transfers, oversees therapy sessions, and educates families to safely manage care at home. Her combined extensive medical background and nursing experience make her highly qualified to provide compassionate, high-quality care for medically fragile children and support families in managing complex medical needs.
