ADMINISTRATOR
Dayli Taillacq is a dedicated administrator with experience in the healthcare field. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Health Biology from Nova Southeastern University. She also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has 5 years of experience in administration in a health center. She has a deep understanding of state and federal business regulations and the importance of clear communication with both staff and parents. She has a deep concern for the well-being of children with medically complex needs.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Alexis Perera, MD is a pediatrician with more than 31 years of experience. He received his medical degree from Universidad Superior de Ciencias Medicas and completed his residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center. Following his education, Dr. Perera was board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. As a pediatrician, his practice focuses on treating children, infants, and adolescents. Dr. Perera is trained to meet the unique needs of children, through all their developmental stages, as they grow and mature.
DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON)
Ana M Ruiz is an RN who graduated from the International Institute for Health Professionals. She has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She has extensive experience caring for medically fragile children. Some of her skills include ventilation and catheterization, as well as tracheostomy, G-tube, and wound care. She is a caring, passionate, and exceptionally skilled nurse who is trained to care for children with special needs.
