ADMINISTRATOR

Dayli Taillacq is a dedicated administrator with experience in the healthcare field. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Health Biology from Nova Southeastern University. She also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has 5 years of experience in administration in a health center. She has a deep understanding of state and federal business regulations and the importance of clear communication with both staff and parents. She has a deep concern for the well-being of children with medically complex needs.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Barbara Rumberger is a board-certified pediatrician with over 50 years of experience. She earned her MD from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1972 and completed her pediatric residency at Emory University. Licensed in six states, she has led a distinguished career, including private practice, medical directorships, and hospital leadership roles. Her extensive work history includes serving as Medical Director for the Collier County Child Protection Team for over three decades and providing pediatric emergency care for 21 years. Dr. Rumberger is also deeply committed to global health, participating in 28 medical missions since 2017 and supporting adoption missions.

DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON)

Julio A. Bravo Martinez, RN, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse with three years of experience providing compassionate care to children, including those with medically complex conditions such as G-tubes, tracheostomies, and seizures. As our Director of Nursing, Julio brings exceptional leadership and expertise to our team. A graduate of EDP University in Puerto Rico, he has served as a Registered Nurse Supervisor, managing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards in other healthcare facilities. His clinical expertise includes administering medications, managing emergencies, and supporting developmental needs. Dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care, Julio is committed to improving outcomes for children and their families through his critical thinking, leadership, and hands-on nursing skills.
